It has come to our attention that a company has been registered at Companies House using the name Last Chance Animal Rescue Limited. The registered office is 38 the Mall, Hornchurch, Essex and the directors of the company are Harry J Bear of that address and Terence Henry Bear of Meadow View, Romford, Essex. As Trustees of the registered charity Last Chance Animal Rescue of Hartfield Road, Edenbridge, Kent, TN8 5NH (charity no. 1002349) we wish to make it clear that the limited company is in no way connected with our charity. The activities of the limited company are not associated with us and we do not benefit financially in any way from the activities of the company. It is of great concern to us that a limited company has adopted this name and we are taking advice as to what steps we can take to protect the charity’s position. |
